R.W. Mann & Company, Inc. worked with a team of professionals to
review AMR Corporation's financial position and advise APA negotiators
and the APA Board on changes to pay rates, work rules, incentives and
business processes necessary and designed to consensually restructure AMR
outside bankruptcy.  We worked with APA and AMR over a six month
period  to accomplish this effort, which has been widely reviewed as both
financially and strategically succcessful, as well as a model for constructive
labor-management interaction.
